baji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services, gaming, betting, and related features offered on the baji platform. By accessing the bajiapp.cam website or creating an account, the user is automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

baji reserves the right to change these terms, in part or in full, at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered full acceptance of the new terms.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be accurate and current. baji may request additional documents at any time for identity verification. Deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their password and login details completely confidential. No one else may be allowed to access the account. If unauthorised use or a security breach is suspected, baji support must be notified immediately.

3.4 Account Transfer

Transferring an account, the balance within it, or any earned rewards to a third party is strictly prohibited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and to withdraw the bonus funds, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A new bonus cannot be activated until the current bonus has been fully completed.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If a bonus is claimed from multiple accounts or from the same IP address, both accounts may be closed.
• baji reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 Other Promotions

baji runs various ongoing promotions including weekly deposit rewards, slot festival bonuses, birthday special gifts, friend referral rewards, and cricket deposit offers. Each promotion has its own terms, which are detailed on the relevant offer page. Where there is a conflict with the general terms, the specific promotion's terms will take precedence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using false identities or documents to bypass the verification process.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Being involved in match-fixing or improperly influencing the outcome of any event.
• Harassing other users or disrupting the normal operation of the platform.

In the event of such violations, baji reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account and take legal action.

baji is committed to providing as uninterrupted a service as possible. However, baji is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, third-party service failures, internet disconnection, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Any financial loss resulting from a user's own decisions is entirely the user's responsibility. Gaming and betting are inherently risky — users access the platform with full awareness of this risk.

baji is not obligated to pay compensation if services are suspended due to natural disasters, government directives, or any circumstances beyond its control.
